Appreciate your response and insight. Indeed, we exchange ideas instead of putting others down, and that's healthy.
I disagree on at least one thing: separate science from politics. It can't happen, as many policies should be decided based on science, e.g., vaccines, reactions to pandemic, reactions to climate change, etc. When people emphasize on "personal opinions/freedom/religion" over science, the consequences are things like the exploding cases of measles, which is happening and is a growing concern.
Of course, there are people impacted by inflation; some want cheaper eggs and bread over things like these, but I personally can't accept any of it. Not to mention what Trump represents and the consequences. But that's another issue.
