Oh goodness, sorry to hear that. I’m not an expert, so you probably should consult a doctor or nutritionist. But in my personal opinion, can you eat any citrus fruits? Maybe orange and similar kinds can help too.

In Chinese medicine, we see some foods as “cold,” and I think the idea of cold means they have fewer calories, among other qualities. So maybe watermelon or veggies like celery can help a bit.

Or, as the references in my article about anti-inflammatory foods state, leafy greens and other healthy foods. But if you have a bad night's sleep, I might not recommend healthy foods but with high-fat content like nuts, they’re probably better for the time when we don’t have “fire” within us, e.g., acne flaring up.
