Sigh... I'm waiting for the day that I have enough followers, so I do NOT have to worry so much about the algorithm/curation so much, that I can freely write whatever I want.

But I see you said even you're still influenced by that. Man... I just have to fight to remind myself constantly why I write--because I love writing, nothing else.

This is turning intrinsic motivation extrinsically, and I have to fight to NOT let it happen.
